showing the forms on those should give you an idea.
The form placement isn't very different fro how you would normally do it, the 
trick is in the pinching.

Oo.... well, I've accidentally made a few stilletos in my time, lol - just 
sculpt and squeeze! I'd sculpt like a square, then bring the sides together at 
the tip, molding and shaping...then use an efile to detail work - then coat it 
all with a little thicker UV clear gel to hide any imperfections in your filing 
(since it's not as easy to file as a regular nail)  Just play around with it!
