Elena, CND's acid free primer is NOTHING like the protein primers. Not close at all. It does not leave a stickey, shiney surface. So, that could be why you are able to prime the entire nail and still soak off easily. IMO that stuff is nothing more than a dehydrator, again, just my opinion.
