I think you are referring to this sentance that Holly posted:
"If you use another lamp the UV output may be sufficient to make the product
appear cured but can lead to issues like service breakdown and over
exposure."

I don't believe she is talking about "Over curing" the product.   She is
saying that if you use another light, your product may appear to be cured,
but it is not, thus it could lead to your client being over exposed to
uncured gel and form a reaction.  It's the same thing as when they tell you
when wiping the tacky layer off of nails to change your wipe every one or
two nails so that you aren't over exposing the skin to the tacky layer.
