can you use any uv lamp with Shellac? I went to a GELISH class and the nail tech that sold gelish was using an ibd -UV Lamp. Also my friend bought the gelish kit. she was missing the GELISH SOAK OFF GEL REMOVER. When the nail come back the next month to teach another class my friend told she was missing the remover. the nail apply "just used actone.
