Angela, I use a leather recliner. I used to use a facial bed. It can become uncomfortable for some people with back issues.
When shopping for a recliner I sat in my chair and measured from the floor to 2" above my knees. Then I took my 6'4" hubby with me shopping with the tape measure. Moved him up, down, legs bent, legs straight out. The chair I chose actually extends to almost completely flat, this works great for my reflexology sessions.
