Wow I must have missed those posts. I think Erick has been extremely professional and helpful, and other than Elaine from Star, he's the only "head honcho" from a company who regularly shares information with us. I appreciate his honesty and I haven't seen him mention any other companies by name at all.
Of course email is subjective and the reader will always have there own interpretation as to the tone or spirit of the message. I think it would be awesome if some of the other big companies had someone from their home office regularly participate in our board discussions.
