If you didn't switch bottles (I've put Base on by accident) then my guess is that you never hit the timer on the light....(which I've done before as well, especially when I was in a hurry) If you ever do this again, just put another coat of the Top coat on and cure, wipe off tacky and you are good to go. No need to buff before putting it on like traditional gels......
