I had the same thing happen on me when my young apprentice did my shellac.... we changed nothing and my right hand is dull, peels a little, and had a lot of color on the wipe when all done after top. My left hand was perfect. We THOUGHT we did everything the same, but clearly we didn't. And we used separate wipes between the hands... and my right one was the one done first!!! Weird.
