As far as Eco goes, primer is optional. I only use it when I'm showing a
distributor of ours just how long the product can last. I never use it when
I'm testing or using the product on all the girls here at the office.

What is crucial to the product staying is:
Never use dehydrator from another manufacturer. I do know for a fact
Calgel's dehydrator caused my gel to lift because I've had confirmation from
a nail tech who used Calgel for years. She wanted to use up her products.
I just can't say that every dehydrator doesn't have a chemical that my SOG
hates.

Prep is important. You must prep the nail. If any cuticle is on that nail
plate it will cause lifting. Skin and product hate each other. If you do a
wet manicure, you have to be meticulous in dehydration and oil removal from
the soak. These will cause lifting.

Thickness (as Lorraine mentioned) will too. As techs we've been working
knowing if we apply acrylic or gel too thin it will crack and break. So
having a product like this that NEEDS to be thin goes against everything we
trust. I assure you. Thin is best. It allows the product to bend and stay
stuck to the nail. Thick takes away that flexibility. So when the nail
bends and it can't...POP goes the weasel....bubbye adhesion.

It's ok to have a customer experience adhesion problems. All nail beds are
different. BUT if everyone is experience adhesion problems, there is an
explanation that I am sure I can get to the bottom of in an email or two.
You all are welcome to email me (Lorraine, Elena or Ann Marie) directly.
I'm super patient and I don't judge. This stuff is new. There is a
learning curve.

LUCKILY....omg FINALLY...I am watching a compressed and burned version of
the DVD. It's my last opportunity to say HEY...fix this and fix that. The
music keeps blaring at me between chatting. You'll hate it. So once all
that stuff is fixed...I'll have DVD's. I won't even make you wait for my
company to burn and print. I'll burn (in house) a bunch for Lorraine to
start giving out. BTW, our DVD's are always free. Education is important
to Tony and I. I would never profit from it.

HOPE THIS HELPS YOU ALL!!!! :)
Kind Regards,
Elaine T. Watson
