Katherine, I don't know if that will work. The other night I was putting my Eco colors on a wheel and did not wipe the tacky layer, then I put the Eco airdry topcoat over that and it remained tacky.

How about putting a coat of clear polish over the sticky part. That should fix the sticky problem and since it is on a display, you do not have to worry that it will hold up to washing dishes.
