Still trying to wake up. It's early in Arizona.

Looking forward to my little chat with a nail company's lawyer this morning
at 9:00am. We got a nastygram via FedEx from a very expensive law firm.

Apparently they don't like our Acid Free Primer very much. Seems that they
think that nail techs are easily confused and can't tell the difference
between two completely different products.

We might run a contest to see if anyone can guess who it is. Give away a
lifetimes supply of primer or something like that.

I'll let you know.

I guess If you can't compete, you must litigate! OK that doesn't quite
rhyme, but like I said, it's still early and I haven’t had my Rockstar yet.
I was going for an "if the glove doesn't fit you must acquit" sort of thing.

Cheers,

I was waiting for you to pop in, Erick... but that was a very boring
response coming from you! I hope all is well there in Gelousy-land.... :)
Just know THIS nail tech has appreciated your humor....

Hi Kelley,

There is a video on our website showing the application steps for Gelousy
1-Step.

It shows exactly how to apply it and how easily it soaks off.  You don't
need to file it at all.

A full set should take you around 15 minutes to apply and it soaks off in 10
minutes.

Just log in to your account then go to the technical support tab to view the
video.

If you can't find real acetone, we have it on our website.

Subject: NailTech:: gel in general

I guess I am confused, I put on gelousy one step , thought it was a sog.

I have 2 new systems eco and gelousy and tried the gelousy first. I tried to
soak it of last night... I guess it isnt a sog? I used one step then dark
velvet and a coat of one step.  filed them down to the point where I saw red
dust so i figured I had removed most of the top.
it took me 2 hrs ( one hand at a time) to remove them and then ended up
scraping the p**p out of my natural nail plate with my cuticle pusher to
finally get it off. Now I use straight acetone from the HARDWARE STORE I
don't buy anything else. So I know it isn't watered down stuff from sallys
or kmart!
So now my nail plate is all rough and I am worried if I put on eco will I
have a hard time getting it off?

Right now I am in a play/practice mode with these new things in my nail
room. I am sure once I feel confidante that I can apply  these gels in pots
evenly I will pick a color and it wont matter if it comes off or not but I
am also not into ruining my natural nails for all this practice.

any suggestions?
