If you get dullness after removing your tacky layer and you followed
the directions curing for three minutes.... Congratulations you have
healthy bulbs and can cure two minutes instead for the shine! Hahh
You really only need two minutes to cure color layers. However, some
people do not change their bulbs often enough so I protect clients by
saying three.
