I have not gotten my hands on the Seche UV top coat yet. Their
website says it can be used over regular polish though. This might be
an example of a reason to not mix brands. Like Elaine said, sounds
like you did everything right. Was the removing of the tacky layer
done before or after the Seche UV? The tacky feeling might also be
called "rubbery" ? Some say this happens with these new gels and that
it will go away by itself quickly.
For your own nails, try the eco Clear as the topcoat to keep it from
coming off while you do your clients.
Did you take a picture of your razzle dazzle red? I would love to see it!
