If you are using disposable files & buffers then it's not a fungus
that can be cause through transferable  methods. My "guess" would be
since Shellac is a combination of soak-off gel & lacquer their nails
are dehydrated just a bit, kinda like when you wear polish on your
toes all the time...some people get spots, some don't. Solution; Solar
