I had ordered top and base and three colors of shellac from premier. When my order came in I only got the three colors, so I used the eco base and clear with it and it is holding up great! This is what I did... File and shape cuticle work took a 180 grit file lightly around cuticle are buffed the shine off with one of those orange and black buffers Cleansed the nails with 99% alcohol Applied protien bond only on the free edge applied base very thin cured 30 seconds dry wiped some of the tacky off applied shellac color cured 2 min second coat color cured 2 min applied eco clear cured 2 min. wiped off tacky layer Don't really think I would of needed the primer and not sure how much buffing was needed but that is what I did.
