I know this is against the rules but what if you tried buffing the shine a little and or using a non-acid primer at free edge and around cuticle just on the problem clients. Angie Wingerter

Mostly it stays on, but there are random people that it comes off of before two weeks. If they have soft. flimsy nails it seems to peep off. I'm doing all of the steps and have the right lamp so I don't know what the problem is with these folks. One lady came in a week after, and four nails had peeled. I do a manicure first and get all of the cuticle off the nail then cleanse. I really don't know what to tell them.
