The process I'm using right now is 1. base coat, cure 10 sec 2. 1 very thin coat cream puff cure 2 minutes 3. 2nd coat of cream puff to even out colour, cure 2 minutes (I will do away with step as soon as I master this stuff) 4. 1 coat negligee cure 2 minutes 5. top coat cure 2 minutes Any thoughts on why I can't get this stuff working right?
