Make sure you use ice packs on your wrist nightly....maybe while you sit and watch tv. Then sleep with a wrist brace, which helps greatly, along with ibuprofin or Aleve. When my left wrist starts giving me problems (car wreck years ago and had to have surgery on it) I know it's because I am not sitting correctly at my nail table.
Usually I will catch myself leaning to the left, kind of resting my forearm on my nail table as I file. This is to compensate for my back aching. Once I'm aware I'm doing that, then I sit up straight and get my wrist off the table. I know you know how crucial it is to always work keeping your wrists straight as you file. I've been doing nails for 23 years and my mentor trained me to keep my wrists straight in order to avoid CT. So far, no CT even after I had the surgery to remove torn cartilege in my wrist. Every now and again when I'm working on the networking Event, my wrist will let me know that I've been on the computer too long and it's time to log off and wear the wrist brace!
