Sorry I haven't been online for a few days. But no I don't use Pro-Bond.
My clients and myself have not had a problem so far without it. I had a
client who is a hairdresser. I removed her no-chip manicure yesterday
which I applied 4 weeks ago! It was starting to look bad, but she's washed,
permed, colored, canned corn, etc. Also did lots of work for her daughter's
wedding this saturday, so her nails have taken a beating and still looked
okay.

Good Luck!

Jackie,
I am asking you the same question as I asked Lynette: Do use the
Pro-Bond by Gelish or do you think it's not necessary? Thanks again, Peggy
:o)!

I am using foundation - gelish color - top it off. That is all from their
product line. I use CND Scrubfresh, some Shellac colors, some gelish
colors, 91% alcohol from grocery store. To remove: file top of gelish just
to
remove shine, (hands down towel cut into 1" squares) square soaked in
acetone placed on nail, wrap finger in 3" square foil, set for 5-8 minutes,
scrap off with o-stick, light buff with CND koala, wash hands, cuticles and
reapply.

To pick colors of Gelish: do not go by the color guide in magazines or
booklet, look online at colors, some are very deceiving on paper, but I've
found online more true. Clients really liking Reserve under Ivory Coast.

Good Luck!
Jackie

I hope you are all having a great day~!!! I am getting ready to order
Gelish. I can't stand it any longer and decided I must at least have a base
and top coat for my Shellac. Which lead to... what the heck I may as well
have everything for the Gelish to use as well. lol Soooooooooo... I am
posting what I am ordering so that I don't make any mistakes in my order.
Also, if there is a better or cheaper substitute I am all for it. Is everyone
using alcohol vs the professional product they sell? What grit to buff the
natural nail? I have tried to read and save every email pertaining to
SOG's and I still have so many questions.
I appreciate your help more than you know!!!!
