Yep, a couple of mine did and most all of my friends did. She has 16. I have 
about 27 colors. The company sent me new brushes to put in the caps. Just take 
off the old brush and put the new brush in the bottle and screw on the cap. No 
explanation however, so I guess it could happen again. I dont even work near a 
window. My friend works near a south facing window, so noi direct light.
