I believe if you work too wet air pockets will form... not right away... 
usually takes a fill or two and then you will see them!  Yes, I do believe some 
ac's are more prone than others to have air pockets... but either way it is 
better if you can adjust your liquid and powder ratio because, as we all know, 
allergies can develop if your product is too wet.
