Years ago I got red polish all down the front of a favorite dress. The bottle 
fell off of my table and spilled on my lap.  Of course acetone was the first 
thing I grabbed to try to blot it up.  I took the dress to the cleaners and the 
guy told me I should have left it alone and brought it to him.
So try you dry cleaners.  Although I have a feeling you already tried the 
acetone on your shirt.
