Jess,

You must have a good bank because I just checked the fine print of both the
bank and credit union that I use here in PA and both state in their Terms
and Agreements that DEBIT card funds aka checking account funds will be
released once the investigation is complete, usually within 90 days.  So, if
all of your funds were fraudulently used, you have to wait up to 90 days to
get it back.
