I fill my little pot with birdseed. Super cheap, works great, and when it gets 
dusty and you want to replace it... just toss it outside in the grass for the 
birds... lol....

Amy, yes really they are the same exact size except the eco Sticks are just a 
little fatter in the stick part. 


I think floral foam and either the moss or maybe some of that long confetti 
stuff you see in the bottom of gift baskets might be nice with the vase you 
described.
