I use acetone to clean both my acrylic and gel brushes. I have never had any
problems doing this.
With my acrylic, I then dip back in monomer and wipe. With the gel brushes,
I dip in alcohol.

Buenos dias!

Brush Cleaner is for Acrylic brushes (used to do acrylic nails)
If you want to clean a gel brush of gel, use alcohol. Even if the hairs are
synthetic the Alcohol will not melt them. However, Acetone (in brush
cleaner) will.
