Amy, I use the sponge wipes to cleanse the nails before applying and to remove the dispersion layer after... it leaves no lint... for everyone else also... it is not the IBD sponges I am referring to.. they came in a black plastic bag...and were considerably cheaper... I still don't know where I got them... :(
