Thanks Marsha. I have to say, I totally agree. Got all my business sense from him and I'm sure he's learned a thing or two about what you all do from me! The longer I've been with him and proven myself....the easier it is to get him to consider your side of things...and react. I honestly hated the idea of being "product affiliated" (like you all were saying in regards to education and how it makes you feel to learn from someone tied to a brand vs someone that isn't). However, I now see my job here as the technician's advocate. I can get so much done on Tony's team and hopeful help change a thing or two about the industry.
