The longer I've been with him and proven myself....the easier it is to get him to consider your side of things...and react. I honestly hated the idea of being "product affiliated" (like you all were saying in regards to education and how it makes you feel to learn from someone tied to a brand vs someone that isn't). However, I now see my job here as the technician's advocate.
