Hey Cheryl, I am not sure of your age, but wanted to let you know of two people I know who were on this diet for a couple of weeks/sessions that are pre menopausal age. BOTH of these girls had the hormones of HCG totally mess up their cycles to the point that they had to quit the HCG and are now on other hormones to get them back to cycling regularly. These women were bleeding every other week and their doctors found that they were no longer ovulating, which doesn't make sens. There was no other cause for the irregular bleeding after they had to endure multiple invasive tests, no cancer, no cycst, no polyps, nothing. With the hormones they are on now, it is helping, but now every now and then they are now ovulating on their own in addition to the period that the hormones cause so some months, they will have a cycle that lasts 24 days.
I am just throwing this out there to you because these two gals have compared notes and have become convinced that the HCG is the cause. HCG is a hormone, which is found in pregnant women. So, just something for you to think about and maybe research to get more information.
