Lynnette - I've started the experiment - Shellac Fedora and Cream Puff are
warming up on it right now.  I'll wait a few minutes then apply them to a
tip and see if it helps!

in the winter, I will usually heat my top coat this way.  I've also been
toying with the idea of doing this to the thicker Shellac colors to see if
it helps with my application.  Like Fedora.
