For one thing you are not charging enough. Are you keeping your prices low because you want to stay busy? If you raise your prices just $5 for everything, you will loose just a few clients and still make the same amount or more. You didn't ask for an opinion on your prices, I hope that you are not offended that I commented on your prices. No offense meant, it's just that you are under selling yourself.
So on to the question that you did ask. You can post your prices at your station and clearly state that repairs are free for 2 week fills only, all others pay $2 for each repair. If it's posted they cannot claim that they didn't know.
