Indeed yes, BC took a step backward and de-regulated all the trades
which is extremely scary when you think about how many trades are
involved in our everyday lives.  Anyone who feels like it can hang out
a shingle and call themselves a nail tech, a carpenter, an
electrician, a contractor, etc...God Bless outgoing Premier Gordon
Campbell's little black heart for wanting to "streamline" the process
for people wanting to work in the trades!!!!*
