ah thanks guys. I read something last week when the Orbitz started and it stated other airlines were watching the whole thing. ah whatever. I personally like the on-line sites, quicker for me to compare prices. thanks again. diana from indiana

Basically, American Airlines has created its own distribution channel called Direct Connect, and wants Expedia, Orbitz and other travel agencies to get flight information directly from that. This only affects folks dead set on flying American.
