I've been using brisa for a while now and it seems lately that when I apply the glossy top coat and cure it once I wipe off the dispersion layer the nail is no longer shiny as is I have removed the top coat. What could I be doing wrong or what woukd cause this?
I clean the building layer with scrubfresh so I can file and refine before applying the glossy top coat... could this be the problem leaving nothing for the top coat to stick too?
