Holly... I just changed my bulbs about a month ago, and my Shellac and other
gels are curing fine... but my Brisa Top Gloss is not curing right either. It
keeps pitting like there is oil on the nail when I know there is NOT, and it is
losing it's shine when I wipe off the dispersion layer.... even when I have
tried curing it twice to see if it was an undercuring issue. I use the Brisa
lamp. It is the only thing doing this... and I haven't changed anything about
my
procedures... Any input?

Thanks everyone!! I didn't think about that because the other layers
seem to be curing fine? I will replace the bulbs & see what happens! I
appreciate your help! :)
