OMG, I can't believe that Texas STILL requires cuticle trimming. MO quit 
requiring that over 25 years ago. I heard that people used to smuggle pre 
trimmed cuticle into the test. LOL, black market cuticle! 

What a bummer, Karen, that you have to take a practical to get your license. As 
if you don't know how to do nails, geez.

Joking aside, if the test says to soak, then soak, in a bowl. Do not substitute 
anything. Do it exactly as they tell you to for the test, then do it the right 
way when you start working. ;-O
