It takes me about 1 hour and maybe 1 hour and 15 for a soak off also.  I need 
to speed things up a bit...

It takes me about 45 minutes to an hour w/ gel polish and about an hour to an 
hour and 15 w/ gel from a pot.  It depends on what shape my clients hands are 
in.  Up here in blizzard country, our poor hands and cuticles take a LOT more 
work re-hydrating and tidying up.  ; )
