Subject: Re: NailTech:: strippers with gel

I remove the tacky layer, and lightly buff, apply stripers or paint then SOG
topcoat.  Works like a charm.  The buffing is not necessary with most SOG but I
like it because it gives a very even surface and an nicer end result.

Can I use strippers with gel polish over traditional gel? If so, how do I do
that? For instance, I do a gel fill and paint a french on the tip and would
like
to use my strippers and outline the french, then put gel topcoat over it. I am
thinking the stripper would slide on the tacky layer. --
