I did the gel polish with Gelish using the bashful all on top and then my client wanted to do Shatter on ends for french look, so I wiped and took the shine off then proceeded with her picking out a color polish (regular ) it was actually a Nicole brand in silver chrome. Then I proceeded with the black shatter over that. it looked awesome. Then put the gelish top coat over it and I got a call from her that her tips are chipping. This was her second time back the time before I realized I did not take shine off of the bashful down color.
Could anyone tell me if you can incorporate the shatter with a gel over it or under the Shatter? I love this effect but if its going to chip I am going to stay away from it.
