I'm still getting used to which bulb goes with what lamp so I pulled my vendor quote again.. We have two kinds of lamps, A inductance rectifier lamp ( old heavy lamp) B electron rectifier lamp ( new lighter lamp). And we also have two types of bulbs, A 9WT-A bulb is for inductance rectifier lamps, B 9WT-DC bulb is for electron rectifier lamps. A bulb is just used for A lamps, and B bulb just for B lamps that could not be mix. A lamp is more expensive than B lamp.
So if you have our new lighter lamp you will have to use 9WT-DC bulbs (electron rectifier). If you have our older heavier lamp (inductance rectifier) it is the 9WT-A bulb. Both of which we will always carry. If it makes you feel better, I sell Lamp B to Cosmoprof. We have sold half a million lamps in two months. So we will NEVER be out of either bulb of the bulbs. The bulb life will depend on the type of lamp. Just so I'm clear...I'm working on getting the heavier lamp (inductance rectifier) back at a lower quote so that I can still sell both. Had I been informed of the difference I would still have added the new lamp but kept the more expensive one too (as an option). We will get it back. Kind Regards, Elaine T.
