Can any gel be cured by an LED lamp??

Michelle,
The simple answer is no, not all gels can be cured in a LED lamp. The
reasoning is the formulation, that the gel must have been formulated
to cured in a LED, which usually means I belive, it will cure in
either LED or UV.
Then there is other problem of different wavelengths of LED. The only
ones that can be LED cured are some of the latest UV Gel polishes,
but there are some soft and hard gels emerging as LED curable. Any
older gels can not be cured properly in an LED unless they are
reformulated. Here is where it gets tricky. Since there are different
wavelengths of LED, brand A may have been formulated for wavelength A
and may appear to cure properly in wavelength B, but it is not
totally curing 100%
I would think that not too far down the road we will not only see the
prices of the LED's come down, but get them developed to a point
where they will cure gels that were not originally formulated to cure
with a LED.
