Can anyone help me with how to use this topcoat. I am not sure if i have to cure it with a uv light, if i need to leave a rough service for it to adhere too, etc. I bought it to use over acrylics but it came with no instructions. I know i bought it because someone on this site recommended it so hopefully someone can help me. thanks so much.
