I agree, plus you should be wiping the bulbs and interior of the lamp
down with a damp cloth weekly.
The only other thought I have is dryness. Are they all not using oil
daily? Do you see any change in their nail plate? Is it EVERYONE or
just a few or several (customer/nails)?
