For sure sounds like a bulb issue. Be sure you are buying good quality bulbs. I've seem bad ones not be able to cure fresh out of the box. If you do mainly gels change your bulbs every 4 months (or when you start to notice dull nails or pocket lifting). As Rhonda said, every 6 months if you do gel and acrylic.
