You can, just remember that these only come in 10 sizes and one shape. Prescription nails come in 128 different sizes and shapes so they fit every nail perfectly like a glove and allows them to stay on 2-4 weeks. When I worked in a salon, we used the Full Well Accu-Tips for party nails and they in no way compare to Prescription Nails IMHO.
