I believe that they have discontinued the Activator (the liquid) and are
stating that it should no longer be used.  Any type of gel glue works great,
I personally use CND Gel Bond with great results.  This is for a temporary
service.  Nothing will replace a good set of acrylics or gels, IMHO.
