Hey Rox! Why not just get rid of her? Too much stress! Do you tell her too much info on product? I only have one client that is super hard on her sog no matter what brand. My guess is that it is HER!! Put her in a clear traditional gel and then the sog on top. Do not tell her it is traditional gel. See what happens. Just a suggestion. Buenos dias, Lynnette
