If this situation were resolved, would you feel better about it? I absolutely agree that integrity is a big part of business, but I have had my share of swindlers (customers of lia sophia and my salon business) who either didn't understand policies or who just simply tried to get something for nothing, so that "scam" flag flies both ways. If you were legitimately ripped off, you need to contact the BBB and report it. If you misunderstood the auto ship program, that's your fault.
