I might feel a bit better about it. My issue is that right from the start the orders were wrong because of an issue with the ordering system. Even though I tried to get it corrected I got the run around. The product is OK but not amazing. It worked for me but others it didn't work. I even asked to give half back because of the mix up and they said no..yes scams go both ways, but I really feel that I was wronged and that they are uninterested in fixing it.

I absolutely agree that integrity is a big part of business, but I have had my share of swindlers (customers of lia sophia and my salon business) who either didn't understand policies or who just simply tried to get something for nothing, so that "scam" flag flies both ways. If you were legitimately ripped off, you need to contact the BBB and report it. If you misunderstood the auto ship program, that's your fault. I do appreciate you sharing your experience!
