Roxanne, if you are using a 4 bulb lamp - 4 - 9w lights the gel
polish should cure fine. One thing I have found is that people who
are proficient in traditional gels over apply the gel polish. If you
are still having lifting issues over a traditional gel base, then I
am not sure what is going on here. I might try one more time with
that client. Traditional gel base, remove the dispersion layer, a
quick white block buff to the whole nail then your UVGP color layers VERY thin.

I'm having problems with my Soak Off Gels. I have several different
kinds, Shellac, Nailite's GIA and Gelish.
I'm also using Brisa Traditional Gels with the same light and NOT
having any problems with my traditional Gel clients.... so I'm
ruling out my light. UNLESS one cures differently than the other and
possibly the SO needs a stronger light? (just thinking outloud)
My Nailite GIA is lifting, apparently from the front (since the
client peels the whole thing off before I see it), occasionally from
the side (maybe too close to cuticle I would think). I was using the
Gentle Primer but clients said the WHOLE piece would just peel
off... so I went back to Something Wonderful. but, I'm still having
lifting issues. The last time I did this client I was really careful
about not getting too close to the cuticle and wrapping the front
edge. Actually, the one that just called I put a base of traditional
gel down and put the S.O. over the top, left the dispersion layer
and didn't prime it. She lasted about a week. Prior to this she had
been getting two weeks sometimes three. It seems like I was having
really good luck with the S.O. and now I'm almost afraid to put it on anyone.
Any thoughts would be SO VERY helpful...
Roxanne
